+ DO I HAVE TO BE A DOCTOR TO WORK WITH YOU?
No, not at all. Though we specialize in the unique situations orthopaedic surgeons and specialty doctors face, our services would suit any high net worth individual whose goals include growing their net worth in a tax efficient manner. We have two primary criteria for prospective clients: that they are ready to take personal responsibility for their financial decision making and that they are seeking a personal, long-term relationship with their advisor.
+ DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN ARIZONA TO WORK WITH YOU?
We welcome you to contact us no matter which State you call home. With clients from HI to NY, our services have been well structured so that we can easily work together from any location. Even our Arizona-based clients often opt to save a drive and hold a webinar instead. We employ the latest communication technology and are always happy to set up screen sharing meetings. Our financial paperwork also can be handled electronically.
+ DO I NEED A MINIMUM TO WORK WITH YOU?
Due to the nature of our clients’ professional curve our minimum is dependent on your current position, as follows:
- In training: no minimum due to professional trajectory
- In practice: 1- 5 years: $250k
- In practice: 5+ years: $500k
+ IS THERE A FEE FOR AN INITIAL MEETING?

+ HOW DO YOU RECEIVE PAYMENTS FROM CLIENTS?
We are fee-based planners who offer not only the planning and design but implementation as well. We offer a wide range of financial vehicles, strategies and services, and have developed a customized collaborative approach to help you identify your goals and make sound decisions in order to reach them successfully. + WHAT IS A FIDUCIARY?
A fiduciary is legally bound to place client interests before their own. We take this role very seriously and hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards.
+ DO YOU WORK WITH OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS?
Yes, if we feel a collaboration with an external service provider will be of benefit. In order to provide our clients with the best tools and services available we have built extensive relationships with other advisors, including Certified Public Accountants, Contract Attorneys, Estate Planning Attorneys, and Asset Protection Attorneys. We work with them collaboratively whenever we feel this is the best course of action for an individual client.
+ HOW DO I SEE MY ACCOUNTS?
A significant investment in our technological systems serves our clients by providing up-to-the-minute account access, as well as streamlined account service via our wealth management platform, Mosaic Client Portal. You are able to access our Client Area here and view your accounts via our secure client portals.

+ CAN YOU WORK AROUND MY BUSY ON-CALL LIFESTYLE?
Absolutely. We appreciate that your job requires long hours and your free time is both limited and precious. We know that work can be stressful and, when combined with enjoying your family, provides little room or desire to adequately address your finances. We do our best to alleviate the pressure and will work around your busy schedule.

The first step is to schedule your complimentary consultation. During this call we will discuss your current life and financial situation to assess how we can help with strategies designed to create and distribute wealth. If we are a good fit, we will provide you with a ‘patient intake form’, our Confidential Information Form, along with a Risk Tolerance Questionnaire. Upon receipt of these items, our follow-up meeting is scheduled to review your situation in greater depth, provide an educational overview, and discuss preliminary plan details.
